The human and social capital elements of sustainability are increasingly rising to the top of the agenda and, as business leaders, we must recognise these as essential enablers of any climate-related and/or environmental goals set, representing our licence to operate, with integrity and with responsibility.
HR has the opportunity to position itself as a trusted partner and critical driver of any sustainability imperative, with people and human-focused needs at the centre of long-term value creation.
