About Tracey 

Tracey works with leaders to define and understand the concept of ‘doing the right thing’ in contemporary organisational contexts. She provides guidance on addressing ethical dilemmas, implementing strategic purpose and values, and how to utilise corporate culture to support risk resilience and sustainable business practices.

Her role includes advising and educating leaders on responsible business operations and how to integrate integrity, ethical decision-making and corporate governance into key business processes.

As a chartered accountant, accredited coach, and certified organisation development consultant, Tracey applies expertise in compliance and risk management, forensic analysis and organisational change to support leaders and teams in making principled decisions.
