It is such a privilege to be a Judge for the 2025 Rising Star Awards hosted by WeAreTheCity. It’s been a while since I’ve had the honour to be involved in the Awards and I can’t wait to see the nominations.
Now in their 11th year, the Rising Star Awards are the first to focus on the achievements of women below Senior Mgr or Director level; representing the female talent pipeline and next generation of future leaders. The Awards also recognise senior leaders and companies who are actively championing gender equality and the female talent pipeline.
It is simply a joy to be part of this incredible celebration of talent and achievement.
